The Basics

1. Services​
   Golden Keeps MTL provides custom 3D hand and foot castings for babies, families, couples, and pets. All products are handcrafted and personalized based on the client’s selections. Services may include in-home casting sessions.
    

2. Session Booking & Casting Fee
   
   A casting session is required to begin production.
   The session fee is $95 CAD, which includes travel to your location (within the Greater Montreal area) and the time required to complete the molding process.
   This fee is separate from the price of the keepsake product and must be booked and paid online in advance.
   You must choose your preferred date and time during the booking process.
    

3. Product Pricing
   
   Product prices vary based on the number of elements, finishing options, and base materials.
   Final quotes are confirmed after design details are discussed.
   All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and subject to change without notice.
    

4. Payments
    

   Full payment is required in cash at the time of the casting session unless otherwise agreed in writing.

   ​Orders will not proceed to final production until payment is received in full.
    

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

   ​Clients must notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule a session.

   Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may be subject to a rescheduling fee.

   Golden Keeps MTL reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to weather, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.
   ​

6. Refunds & Returns

• Due to the custom and personal nature of each product, all sales are final.

• Refunds are not provided once the casting process has begun.

• If the final piece is damaged during production or delivery, we will offer a repair or remake at no additional cost.
  
  7. Use of Images

• With your written consent, we may photograph your finished casting for promotional use on our website or social media.

• If you prefer your piece to remain private, please inform us at the time of booking or by email.
  
  8. Client Responsibility

• Clients are responsible for ensuring hands/feet are clean and dry prior to casting.

• For babies and toddlers, minor movements may affect the final result — we take every care, but slight variations are natural.
  
  9. Intellectual Property
  All content on this website, including photos, logos, and text, is the property of Golden Keeps MTL. Reproduction or commercial use without permission is strictly prohibited.
  
  10. Governing Law
  These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and applicable federal laws of Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Montreal, Quebec.
