At GoldenKeeps MTL, every keepsake is custom-made with care and attention to detail. As each piece is handcrafted and uniquely tailored to your design, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once the casting process has begun.

 

Before delivery, all keepsakes are thoroughly examined and approved by our team to ensure quality and accuracy. Upon delivery, the deliverer is asked to document the condition of the keepsake in the presence of the client. If you notice a defect in the final product, we kindly ask that you flag it immediately upon receipt so that we can assess the issue and work with you to find an appropriate solution—whether that involves repair or replacement.
